Ellie is a nurse by trade, and a CrossFit coach on the side. She loves to continue her education about the world of health & exercise and motivate a healthy lifestyle for all. Ellie grew up doing competitive swimming for about 14 years, which included many weightlifting programs in training. Post college she found a love for running and has done multiple half marathons and a half Ironman.

Ellie believes in putting in the work in the gym as well as your food plate, but also indulging in your favorites (chips and queso) in moderation. Life is too short!
